In the crazy hustle & bustle of this time of year, with the shopping days till Christmas quickly vanishing & the list of never ending tasks to be done. Patience & Kindness are quickly forgotten. Everyone is in a mad scurry to get what they need & get on to the next thing on the list. Rudeness & bad attitudes seem to flourish & spread like wildfire. Forgetting all the while what this time of years means & why they are even getting gifts for others in the first place.
In these next few days leading up to Christmas & the days after. Lets act like the chosen & set apart from the world people that Christ has called you to be. So go ahead & clothe yourselves with tenderhearted mercy, kindness, humility, gentleness & patience like Colossians 3:12 says! Now, having put on the proper attire for the climate of the world. You”ll be ready with kindness when some is rude, patience when lines get long or tenderhearted mercy when someone needs your help & your in a hurry. These are not just acts to be performed, it is a way of life for a Jesus follower!
