*COLOSSIANS 2:7*

“Let your roots grow down into Him and let your lives be built on Him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thanksgiving.”

This time of year tends to bring out the desire in people for some sort of change. With the New Year here & everyone making all different kinds of resolutions. Like to change certain bad habits, loose a few pounds, eat better, take up a new hobby, exercise more, the list goes on & on. People seem to be searching & striving for some fulfillment they didn’t get in the year before. That in it’s self is actually a good thing, to desire better than you had or did in the previous year.

However, when it comes to being a Believer, a True Follower of Jesus Christ. Your faith & relationship with Christ shouldn’t be something you only make a resolution for at the beginning of the year. It should be something that is maintained daily. Being consistent in your relationship with Christ will not only help give you faith. It will in turn give you the strength to do whatever it is you are trying to accomplish in your life. So like Colossians says ” Let your roots grow deep into Christ & let your life be built on Him.” That list of resolutions & wanting to better yourself will not seem so daunting to take on when your continually in fellowship with the Lord & being lead by His Holy Spirit.

I Wish You A Very Happy & Blessed  New Year!
