 *COLOSSIANS 3:15*

Let the peace of Christ [the inner calm of one who walks daily with Him] be the controlling factor in your hearts [deciding and settling questions that arise]. To this peace indeed you were called as members in one body [of believers]. And be thankful [to God always].

*SOUL SNACK*

Peace should be the deciding factor if something should or shouldn’t be in your life. Unfortunately though, most people do not walk in or have peace in their lives because they have chosen to follow their own will instead of God’s will for their lives. Rather than following God’s Word & have peace, they choose to do whatever they want or think is right. If you follow your own will & choose to disobey God’s leading. You will never enjoy the peaceful life He intended you to have.

There will be times in your day to day ,that things will come up you may really want to do. They may even look good & sound good at that given moment, but you do not have peace about. It is best for you in those situations ,to leave whatever it is alone. Most of the time when you listen to God & follow the Holy Spirits leading. You can later see why it was you did not have peace about that particular situation. I urge you to make a choice every day to listen, obey & follow Christ. Rejoice & Thank Him today for the Holy Spirit that leads you & let His peace be the controlling factor in your decision making. I promise you will be blessed!
