*COLOSSIANS 4:6* (AMP)

“Let your speech at all times be gracious (pleasant & winsome) seasoned [as it were] with salt, [so that you may never be at a loss] to know how to you ought to answer anyone [who puts a question to you].”

*SOUL SNACK*

How far to often do we open our mouths and words just roll out with even a thought of what they are or how they may be affecting the people we are talking to. Sadly, more times than not, are we insensitive to the feelings of others or how they may be taking something we are saying. We get caught up in trying to make our point or get across how we feel more than we are considering the thoughts & feelings of others. That way of conducting ourselves is very self-centered & robbing us of the blessing of being a vessel of the Lords’ to use.

The Lord has instructed us to be mindful of what we say & how we say it. He has given us the task of being a light of His in this dark word. Unless we are thinking before we speak & being sensitive to the Holy Spirit working through us. We are not fulfilling one of our purposes He has created us for. So when your taking with others take a moment to think before you speak or respond. Ask God to give you the wisdom to know when to speak, to whom to speak and what to say. When your daily walking with Him you’ll be continually filled with His Love & Spirit. Its His Holy Spirit that will impart that wisdom into you. Ever guiding you in your speech & actions so that you can be the Beautiful beacon of Light that shines pointing others to Him!
