*SOUL SNACK*
I truly look at my life as a daily opportunity to be a witness for the Lord & help build the Kingdom of Heaven. So this last week I was having an issue with my foot, making it very painful to walk or stand. So knowing that God has a reason for everything I prayed that He would use this for His glory. While at the doctors office I was able to take that opportunity to share what God has done in my life.. from healing me from end stage liver cirrhosis to walking in sobriety.
The Holy Spirit helped me share salvation & Gods love with all there in the office that day. Then later in the week while getting an ultrasound done on that foot, I took that opportunity to share the Love of God with all the medical workers in that office as well as the techs. If thdough my foot issue a seed could get planted for the Kingdom of Heaven, then I am honored to be a vessel of His to be used. For its in a place of complete surrender to His will not matter what we are facing that He can use us most effectively & we can reside in His perfect peace. Because it’s His perfect peace that casts out all fear & anxiety!
I share this with you, in hopes that it will encourage you next time your struggling with something. That God truly Does Use Everything in our lives for His glory. For I believe if we surrender our lives to God & allow Him, He will use every painful & difficult thing we go through. Whether its mental, emotional or physical, to not only help us learn valuable lessons & build our character but also to be turned into opportunities to reach others for Him & bring Him glory.
You only need to be open & trust the processes, even when you can’t see why & struggle to understand. God truly does honor & bless those who bless Him & bring Him glory. For when you have complete trust in Him the hurt & pain you feel will be replaced with peace & thankfulness. You can then be a blessing to others for the kingdom no matter what your are going through. For our ultimate goal & purpose in life is to be a witness for Christ & bring others to the knowledge of Salvation through Him!
